High-efficient Water Reducing Agent 

Its main component is naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation substance. It is non-air entraining high-efficient water reducing agent with excellent comprehensive properties for concrete projects.

Ⅰ. Main technical properties: 

1. This product is brownish yellow or taupe powder, nontoxic, odorless, inflammable, noncorrosive to steel. 2. It has high early strength, reinforcing and transforming effects. With the same cement content and slump, adding this into concrete can reduce over 18% of water for stir. The early strength of concrete will be strongly hightened. The compressive strength of concrete in the 1st day will be increased at 60-120%, in the 7th day at 40-80%, at the 28th day at 30-50. And the later-stage strength as well as all physical and mechanical properties will also be highly improved. 3. It can improve the workability of concrete mixture,and increase slump. With the same cement content and water cement ratio, increasing this product can increase 10cm of slump, and greatly increase fluidness. 4. It can save cement. With the same slump and strength, using this product can reduce over 15% of cement.

Ⅱ. Application scope: 

1. It can be used in concrete profects in all kinds of industrial and civilian construction, water conservancy, transportation, docks and habbors, etc. 2. It can be used to make pump concrete and self-flow grouting material with early strength, high strength and seepage resistance. 3. It is widely used in concrete and its products with whether natural maintenance or vapor maitanence. It has apparent water reducing and reinforcing effect, and excellent early strength, capable to greatly accelerate turnover of molds and fields, and shorten construction period. 4. Retardation setting component can also be added to produce product with retardation setting function, which can reduce loss of slump. 5. For its good adaptability to various cement, it can be used in silicate cement, common silicate cement, slag silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement and trass silicate cement, and can also be used together with other types of concrete additive meeting national standard.

Ⅲ. Application method: 

1. Dosage: 0.2-1.5%(base on cement), The suggested dosage is 0.2-0.5% when confecting concrete of low grade, and 0.5-1.5% when confecting reinforced concrete of high grade and with prestress. 2. Application method: The powder can be used directly, or added after cement aggregate is fully wetted by 60% of mixing water. The liquid can be used directly, or after made into solutiono of definite concentration.

Ⅳ. Packing, transportation & storage:
1. The powder should be packed in 25kg or 40kg woven bag lined with plastic bag.
2. During transportation, protect its package from breakage. If it is moisturized, please dry and sieve it before use.
3. The powder should be kept in dry and ventilated warehouses. Valid for two years. It can also be used if tested to be qualified afer period of validity.High-efficient Water Reducing Agent
