Concrete Corrosion Resisting Agent -calcium nitrite

Concrete corrosion resisting agent is a new type concrete additive to improve durability of concrete (resist steel from corrosion). It is suitable to be used in coastal areas, alkali areas, salt lake areas, corrosive industrial plants, reinforced contrete projects under chlorine salt environment such as using operative water (1500mg/L) with sea sand or chlorine ions, and rehabilitation products with corrosive damage.
Ⅰ Mechanism of corrosion resistance

　　Concrete corrosion resisting agent is positive corrosion inhibitor. Its mechanism of corrosion resistance is: concrete corrosion resisting agent is extremely easily oxidate ferrous oxide solved in concrete medium and form a ferroso-ferric oxide hydrate protective film on the surface of steel. For the effect of concrete corrosion resisting agent of enough concentration, the corrosion will be stopped.
Ⅱ Main technical characteristics
　　1 In the environment wihout chlorine, its dosage is 1-2% of cement content; when there is chlorine, the dosage should over 2% of cement content. In order to prevent from vitalizing spot rust, the maximal dosage can be 10%.
　　2 Adding concrete corrosion resisting agent will not affect strength of concrete.
　　3 Adding concrete corrosion resisting agent will not affect fluidity of concrete mixture, and may even bring about some plasticizing effect.
　　4 It will not affect or even slightly shorten the condensation period of concrete.
　　5 It has good compatability when used together with other types of addtive.
Ⅲ Application method & attention
　　1 Please choose suitable dosage according to the environment of products. Dosage scope of concrete corrosion resisting agent is 1-10%, and ordinary dosage is 2%.
　　2 Concrete corrosion resisting agent can be added directly or after make into aqueous solution. It it is added directly, please extend the stirring time.
　　3 When first use of it or the cement type is changed, it is suggested to do trial mixing according to project requirements, specific conditions and product description to obtain the best effect.
　　4 If it contacting your eyes, please rinse the eyes immediately.
　　5 Concrete corrosion resisting agent should be stroed with care. Don't put it into your mouth.
Ⅳ Packing & storage
　　1 Concrete corrosion resisting agent is packed in 40kg or 25kg woven bag lined with plastic film bag. If you have special packing requirements, please notify us in advance.
　　2 Concrete corrosion resisting agent should be stored in warehouses. Please protect it form moisture, but its quality will not be affected if moisturized. Effective storage period: 2 years.
